Orders and availability

After checkout, we will send an order confirmation using the contact details provided. Product availability and order arrangements are confirmed with the customer. Please contact our team if you need to discuss delivery or collection.

Product concerns

If an item arrives defective, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and include your order number, a description and a photo. Any return or exchange request is reviewed by our team. Approved items must be unused and in their original packaging; return delivery arrangements are the customer's responsibility.
